Delete your RacerMatch account

Delete immediately in the app or on the website

If you can still sign in, use this method. Deletion is total and takes effect immediately when you confirm.

1. Open the RacerMatch app, or go to racermatch.com, and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Account settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is removed at once; this cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your RacerMatch account: [email protected]. Use the subject “Delete my RacerMatch account” and include that email address. We process these requests as soon as we can verify the account.

Data deleted immediately

When deletion completes, RacerMatch immediately and permanently removes your account and associated personal data from its production systems. That includes your profile and roles; posts, photos, and comments; rental, team, and service listings; matches and follows; push-notification device tokens; and the login identity used to access RacerMatch.

Data that may remain

We do not keep your RacerMatch account after deletion. Residual copies may exist only in encrypted backups until those backups rotate, and are not used to restore your account. Messages you already sent may still be visible to the other person in their chat history. Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may remain.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual posts, photos, listings, and profile fields from your Profile and related pages without deleting the whole account.
