RacerMatch child safety standards

These are the published child safety standards of the RacerMatch app and website (RacerMatch). They apply to all users of our platform, including minors, and cover chat, posts, profiles, and media.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited

RacerMatch has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers minors. Creating, sharing, requesting, or storing such material on RacerMatch is forbidden and will lead to removal and account action. This applies whether the minor is a user of RacerMatch or not.

Who RacerMatch is for

RacerMatch is a rally-racing community for drivers, co-drivers, teams, rental businesses, service providers, and fans. Minors may take part — for example in junior rally categories or as fans — as well as users aged 18 and over. These standards apply to everyone on the platform. Adults must not contact minors for sexual purposes, request images of minors, or otherwise exploit or endanger them.

How to report a child-safety concern

If you see content or behaviour that may involve CSAE or otherwise endanger a minor, report it as soon as you can. Do not download or forward the material.

  1. Open RacerMatch (app or racermatch.com) and sign in.
  2. Go to Feedback (also in the side tab) and describe what you saw, where it appears (profile, post, chat), and any usernames or links. Start the message with “Child safety”.
  3. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected]. Use the subject “RacerMatch child safety report” and include the same details.

What we do when we know

When RacerMatch obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we review the report, remove the content from the live service, restrict or delete the responsible account, and preserve information as needed for law-enforcement requests. We do not restore that content to users.

Reports to authorities

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant authority. For Italy that includes the Postal Police / CNCPO. Where US reporting applies, we report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Child safety contact

The designated contact for child-safety notices from Google Play and for user reports is [email protected].
